Skid Load Operator
Ondeck is seeking a full-time Skid Load Operator
This position is based out of our Schuylkill Haven facility you will be required to drive to job sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Moving stones inside buildings using a skid loader. This involves grading, leveling, and compacting the stones to create a smooth and even surface.
Placing concrete forms and forming aprons
This may involve the installation of drainage systems, vapor barriers, insulation, wire mesh, reinforcing bars, and other related components.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
Knowledge of grading, leveling, and compacting stone
Ability to operate equipment
Valid Class B Driver’s License required
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
College, Trade, or Vocational training preferred. HS graduate or equivalent, required.
POSITION DETAILS
First (daytime) shift hours, may require OT as needed
Willing to work some weekends
Organized and able to prioritize workflow, while working independently and with a team
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Trustworthy
Knowledge of concrete mixtures is not required but one must be willing to learn and have the ability to comprehend
Hourly pay plus rate for how much concrete is poured. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Must have a valid CDL B License with a Medical Examiner Certificate
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing/sitting for long periods
Driving to job sites
Walking, working outside in the elements
Visual acuity for reading, computer workstation, and working on equipment
Ability to lift and push up to 100lbs
Ability to operate the machine
Wall Foreman/Carpenter
Ondeck is seeking a full-time Wall Foreman/Carpenter
This position is based out of our Schuylkill Haven facility you will be required to drive to job sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Managing a crew
Self-motivated
Competent in doing own layout work
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
Knowledge of managing a crew
Knowledge of concrete
Ability to operate equipment
Valid Class B Driver’s License required
